Making the total commitment to faithfully serve God is something we cannot do on our own. It is only something we can do in a right relationship with God, as He gives us the grace to do so. We are called to fulfill our responsibility to God's covenant, a commitment to a relationship of walking with God, of listening to God, of obeying His voice. We are all called to the same faithful commitment level - whether it be in one flash of glory or many simple tasks of humble service, both are to be done faithfully as God has been faithful to us. God is faithful, and He expects His people to be faithful.
